Transform by FITAZ is a comprehensive fitness app that offers a range of programs to help mums achieve health and wellness goals. Each program is designed to strengthen and lengthen the body while providing the support and guidance needed to succeed.

The Project

Transform by Fitaz is a growing fitness brand with a range of digital programs available on their app. While their brand had strong appeal and an engaged audience, there were opportunities to improve the website’s performance. Particularly around average order value (AOV) and customer retention. The team was looking for a strategic partner to help them test, optimise, and refine the online experience to support long-term growth.

The Plan

Our approach included:

  • Ongoing A/B testing across landing pages, product pages, and the checkout experience.
  • Strategic redesigns aimed at increasing upsells and bundling opportunities.
  • Implement subscriptions for all products to drive recurring revenue and improve customer retention
  • Targeted retention experiments, including customer journey optimisation and post-purchase flows.

We worked closely with the Fitaz team to roll out iterative improvements backed by data.

The Results

We saw a measurable lift in key performance areas. Average order value increased through optimised upsells, bundled offers, and improved product pages. Customer retention also improved thanks to a more refined customer journey and stronger post-purchase engagement.
